The staff provided AMAZING service from arrival to departure. My room was generously sized and very clean. Breakfast was cooked to order with a menu, a HUGE plus. The location was excellent. It made exploring the area easy.
Parking availability was somewhat limited, needing advanced coordination.

Underwhelming stay. Room needs work

peeling wallpaperdead plants
My room, a standard double room, was disappointing. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. It was very stiff. wallpaper was peeling off the walls in several places. the outside of the hotel seemed unkept with dead plants and flowers.

the hotel set up the room beautifully for my partner's anniversary and me. clearly a lot of thought was put into it, which we REALLY appreciated.
i'm sorry to say the room wasn't very clean. i found hairs on the bed and around the headboard was dusty and had more hairs.
